Custom Order Policy

A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order.


Payment for custom orders is due at the time of ordering. Unless discussed otherwise, turnaround time for custom orders is 7 business days. The customer will be notified when the order is finished, and pictures will be sent prior to shipping. 


We ask that all items be carefully inspected within 48 hours of receipt.​
